Abstract

Strategic Analysis of the Management of Angolan Scholarship Holders: A Case Study of INAGBE from 2019 to 2023. This study highlights the need to analyze the management strategy of Angolan scholarship holders. General objective: to analyze the management strategies of Angolan scholarship holders, focusing on the INAGBE case study within the time horizon of 2019 to 2023. The research confirmed scientific knowledge by applying theoretical methods, using descriptive and inductive statistics as methodological approaches. The results show that 50,376 scholarships were awarded, of which 92.3% were domestic. The Angolan State invested more than 178.97 billion kwanzas, representing 56.1% of the total, in foreign scholarships. Regarding the measures of position in the statistical series presented, the responses to the questions showed less dispersion. In some cases, the averages approached the medians, while the standard deviation, which reflects the variability of responses relative to the average, was lower, as shown in tables 3 and 4. The statistical series presented confirmed the initial research question. Finally, qualitatively, the findings highlight the need to continuously improve the management process for scholarship recipients. Efficient strategic management positively impacts human resource development, economic development, knowledge transfer, and institutional strengthening.
