This article, entitled "The Quality of Services Provided to Customers at the Movitel Mobile Phone Company in Boquisso," analyzes the role of service quality in customer loyalty, competitive differentiation, and organizational financial sustainability. Service quality is an essential strategic factor because it helps satisfy consumer needs, exceed expectations, and build trust, directly affecting institutional reputation and economic performance in highly competitive contexts. Methodologically, the study used the hypothetical-deductive method, allowing inferences to move from specific propositions to broader conclusions. The sample consisted of Movitel customers in the study area, and the study used a structured convenience sampling technique based on participants' relevance to the phenomenon under analysis. For data processing, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16.0 was used, complemented by Microsoft Excel, enabling systematic and interpretative analysis of the collected data. The results indicate that 87.9% of respondents rate the quality of mobile internet as "fair, slow, or very slow," while only 12.0% consider it "very fast." The study concludes that Movitel needs to improve the efficiency of its customer service and the reliability of its services, key factors in building a positive organizational image and strengthening its competitive position.
